Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using KuttyPadam, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. User-Generated Content

KuttyPadam allows creators to upload short films and viewers to browse and watch content. You are responsible for all content you upload.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You may not upload or share content that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive material
• Harasses, threatens, or bullies other users

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

3. Reporting and Blocking

Users can report objectionable content and block abusive creators from any film page. Blocked creators are immediately removed from your feed, and reports are sent to our moderation team.

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators confirm they own or have rights to distribute uploaded films. Creators must comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
